We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from the Dionysus Collection. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your home. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
Your Right to Cancel You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it’s right for you. You don’t need to give a reason—just let us know within that window if you've changed your mind.
To start a return, simply send us a clear message at info@dionysuscollection.co.uk. As long as your email is sent before the 14 days are up, you’re all set. If you find you need to return something after this period, please get in touch; we may still be able to help, though additional charges may apply.
The Logistics of a Refund If you choose to cancel within the 14-day window, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.
A few things to keep in mind:

The Condition: We may make a small deduction if the value of the goods has decreased due to unnecessary handling (beyond what you’d do in a shop to check the item).

How to Return an Item To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Check the Calendar: Ensure it’s been less than 14 days since your delivery.

Email Us: Send a note to info@dionysuscollection.co.uk with your name, order number, address, and the date you received the goods. If you ordered multiple items, let us know which ones are heading back to us.

Wait for the Green Light: Once we approve the return, we’ll provide the details for the next steps. Please include a note in the package letting us know if you’d like an exchange or a full refund.
A Note on Shipping & Care Many of our pieces are delicate and require a bit of extra love during transit. When sending an item back:

Choose Your Courier Wisely: Ensure they know they are handling delicate furniture.

Insurance: We strongly recommend insuring the shipment for its full retail value. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and for ensuring it reaches us safely.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your piece arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately. We’ll jump into action to assist with a replacement or repair.
Sale Items Good news—our standard returns policy applies to sale items, too. If it's not right, it's not right.
