What Happens Next?

The Order Confirmation As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your request. At this stage, we simply pre-authorise your payment method.

Behind the scenes, we’re immediately checking with our warehouse and designers to ensure your piece is ready for its new home. If for any reason there’s a delay or an item is unavailable for immediate despatch, we’ll release the hold on your card and get in touch with you right away to discuss the next steps. Once we’ve confirmed everything is perfect and ready to go, we’ll process the payment and get to work on the delivery.

How Your Order Will Arrive We treat our furniture like the centrepiece it is. That means we only use the fastest, safest, and most reliable couriers to ensure everything arrives in pristine condition.

Once your payment is processed, we’ll despatch your items within the timeframe listed on the product page. You’ll receive a notification the moment your order leaves the warehouse so you can start clearing a space for your new bar. To keep things efficient, our team selects the most suitable courier based on the size and weight of your order; while you can't choose the courier yourself, rest assured we only work with the best.

Where We Deliver We deliver to homes right across the UK.

For our friends in "offshore domestic regions" or the Scottish Highlands—including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland—there may be additional delivery charges.
